What is mobile bartending?

Mobile bartending is a service where professional bartenders bring the bar experience directly to your event. We provide all the necessary equipment, ingredients, and expertise to serve delicious cocktails at your wedding, party, corporate event, or any other special occasion.

What does "dry hire" mean?

A "dry hire" refers to renting just the bartending equipment and bar setup without the inclusion of alcohol. This option is ideal if you have your own liquor or if you simply want to provide a specific cocktail menu yourself. A dry hire is a flexible option for clients who want to personalize their drink offerings while still benefiting from a professional setup.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.

What is included in your mobile bartending service?

Our mobile bartending typically includes:

A professional bartender
Mobile bar setup (if needed)
Cocktail ingredients and mixers
Glassware (unless you prefer to supply your own)
Ice and garnish
Custom cocktail menu (optional)
Cocktail tools and equipment
Cleanup after the event

Do you offer a customized cocktail menu?

Yes! We can work with you to create a custom cocktail menu based on your event theme, preferences, or any special requests you may have.

How do you determine how much alcohol to buy?

We use your guest count, event duration, and drink preferences to calculate the appropriate amount of alcohol. If you have a particular drink list in mind or specific brands, let us know, and we will adjust accordingly. We also offer consultation on quantities to ensure you don’t run out but don’t overbuy either.

Do you charge extra for travel?

Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event. We service Fort Meade & the surrounding areas, and for events outside our typical service area, we charge a travel fee to cover transportation and time.

Do you provide insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance to protect both our clients and guests. This is often required for events held at venues, so please check with your venue about their insurance requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 30 day notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What should I do if my venue does not have a bar setup?

No problem! Our portable bar setup can be tailored to any space. We’ll ensure the bar is functional, stylish, and fits your event needs.

Do you handle tips and gratuity?

Tips and gratuity are typically not included in our pricing, but they are always appreciated! If you would like to include a tip, you can do so directly at the end of the event.
